The amenities was clean and accessible, knowledgeable staff, efficient and effective and very courteous staff. One staff stood out for us Mr Henry at the front desk he was very polite, had outstanding mannerism and he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my family and I were comfortable. He was this way with all other guest. You could tell that he is amazing at his job and love what he does.
Everything was just right about the property. Friendly staff, They provided Breakfast, effectiveness and communication between customer and staff was on point. Staff made you feel like you’re home away from Home. Henry was the best, He goes above and beyond for all guests.
Breakfast was very nice. We loved Henry who was at the front desk. He was very informative about how to travel between towns. He made sure we had enough bathing essentials. Very caring.
Breakfast was adequate. Room was well suited for one person. Everything worked!
If it were not advertised as accessible, I would have been very happy with the room. I had an accessible room. #145 1. There were plenty of grab bars in the bathroom. 2. The doorway to the bathroom was a good width.
